Raquel Tours – Terms & Conditions (English)
1. Bookings and Payment
All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed once payment has been received and confirmation has been issued by Raquel Tours.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the activity date are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the activity date are non-refundable.
- No-shows are non-refundable.
If Raquel Tours cancels an activity due to adverse weather conditions, operational reasons, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control, customers will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their booking to another available date.
3. Pick-Up and Departure
Customers are responsible for arriving at the designated pick-up location on time. Raquel Tours cannot be held responsible for missed departures due to late arrival.
4. Health and Safety
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit and able to participate in the activity. Raquel Tours reserves the right to refuse participation if it believes participation may pose a risk to the individual or others.
5. Personal Belongings
Customers are responsible for their personal belongings at all times. Raquel Tours accepts no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
6. Changes to Itineraries
Raquel Tours reserves the right to modify itineraries, schedules, departure times, or activity details where necessary due to weather conditions, operational requirements, safety reasons, or other unforeseen circumstances.
7. Liability
Participation in tours and activities is at the customer's own risk. Raquel Tours shall not be liable for injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, except where required by law.
8. Photography and Marketing
Photographs and videos may be taken during tours and activities for promotional purposes. Customers who do not wish to appear in such materials should inform Raquel Tours before the activity begins.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.
